“Everyone needs to have a safe place to talk about their issues and seek guidance during life’s inevitable ups and downs. I believe we are the experts in our own lives, but sometimes we get stuck or paralyzed, or we have overwhelming feelings that we can’t explain. I will meet you where you are and walk alongside you to discover the way to achieve healing, personal growth, and healthier, balanced relationships.”

Individual Therapy

A common struggle is deciding whether you should see a therapist or handle the problem yourself. While a common cold doesn’t warrant going to the doctor, symptoms that don’t get better over time call for medical attention. The same applies with emotional concerns — and getting those concerns addressed by a licensed therapist can lead to a happier, healthier, and more satisfying life.

Couple Counseling

Some couples are concerned that counseling becomes another place where old, painful conversations get repeated. We help you and your partner identify the common triggers that derail conversation and understanding, so conflict becomes an opportunity for you to grow closer and an enduring friendship can emerge.

Family Therapy

While having some conflict within your family is to be expected, there are times when it can be extremely helpful to draw from third party guidance and support in a safe space. With the help of family counseling, it’s possible to treat each other with greater empathy, compassion, and respect.
